Working Together
Some guidelines for our collaboration

I want every project to feel smooth and enjoyable for both of us. These terms set out how I usually work, so expectations are clear from the start.
Working Hours
I'm available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (UK time).
I usually reply to emails within 1–2 working days.
Urgent requests outside of these hours can sometimes be accommodated, but may include an additional fee.
Communication
Most communication will be by email, with calls scheduled if needed.
To avoid confusion, any key project decisions should be confirmed in writing.
I'll keep you updated regularly, based on what we've agreed for the project.
Respect
Everyone has the right to be treated with respect, always.
I'm committed to maintaining a professional, courteous working relationship throughout our project.
This includes respectful communication, timely responses, and consideration for each other's time and expertise.
Payments
A deposit (usually 50%) is required before starting work.
The remaining balance is due once the project is complete, before final handover.
Late payments may pause progress until they're resolved.
Revisions & Scope
Every project includes a set number of revisions, which will be clear in the proposal.
Extra changes or new ideas outside the original scope can absolutely be done, but they'll be billed separately.
If the scope changes significantly, we may need to adjust the timeline and cost.
Your Part
Timely feedback, content, and approvals help keep things on track.
Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.
Please make sure you have rights to any content you provide (images, text, logos, etc.).
Cancellations
I aim to be flexible, but I also reserve the right to end a project if payments aren't made, communication breaks down, or expectations become unreasonable.
In such cases, any completed work will be handed over, but deposits are non-refundable.
Ownership & Portfolio
Once the final payment is made, you'll fully own the project deliverables.
I may showcase non-confidential parts of the work in my portfolio unless you'd prefer otherwise.
Confidentiality
Any sensitive business or personal information you share will be treated as confidential.
